· Hello

We build ERP that people actually use.

An ERP project is won or lost in the conversations, not the code.

Small enough that you talk to the people doing the work. Spread across three time zones so someone is always awake.

—— What we believe

Good systems come from staying close.

Most ERP failures are communication failures wearing a technical costume. So the consultant who scopes your project stays on it end to end, answers quickly, and puts every commitment in writing.

—— Your first month

Three things you notice early.

01 Calmer weeks

Updates arrive before you chase them.

A written status note lands every week. The same person answers every time.Decisions are logged, so nothing relies on memory.

CADENCE

02 A system your team trusts

Numbers your team stops double-checking.

Screens configured with the people who use them daily.Reports mapped to how you already read the business.

TRUST

03 A partner, not a vendor

Reachable now, still here later.

Same team from scoping through support.Handover documented in your own repository. Most clients stay with us well after go-live.

OWNERSHIP

—— The short version

What we do

We implement, customise and support Odoo, and we build the surrounding technology — web, mobile, integrations, infrastructure — so the pieces are designed to work together rather than bolted on afterwards.

How we work

Fixed scope per phase, written specifications, and the same consultant from the first call through go-live. When Odoo is the wrong fit we say so early — walking away from a mismatch beats delivering one.

Where we are

Offices in Thailand, the United States and India. Thai-language delivery comes from the Thailand team, not from a translation layer.

—— In our own words

How we run every project.

If Odoo is the wrong system for your business, I will tell you on the first call. A badly matched project costs us more in reputation than it earns in fees.
Ravi Shanker SinghFounder — on honest scoping
Fixed scope per phase, in writing, before we start. Scope creep is not a surprise — it is a contract that never named its boundaries.
Ravi Shanker SinghFounder — on fixed-scope delivery
Go-live is the middle of the project, not the end. We stay through the first month-end close, because that is when the gaps show.

Ready?

Let's find out whether Odoo actually fits your business.

A short call, an honest answer. If it isn't the right system for you, we'll say so.
