Odoo implementation delivered in phases, so the business never stops.

A big-bang go-live is how ERP projects earn their reputation. We sequence yours so each phase delivers something usable, and the business keeps trading while the rest is built.

—— Where it hurts

The problems this work actually solves.

Companies rarely call us because they want an ERP. They call because spreadsheets, chat threads and a separate accounting app have stopped keeping up — these are the problems an implementation exists to fix.

The business runs on spreadsheets

Orders live in one file, stock in another, and the version that matters is on someone's laptop. Every month-end means re-keying the same numbers into the accounting app and hoping they match.

How we handle itWe map every spreadsheet before configuring anything. Each one either becomes an Odoo workflow or is retired deliberately — none are left running in the shadows.

A previous attempt stalled

You bought the software, configuration started, then the project lost steam — and the team quietly went back to the old way. Now there is a half-built system and no appetite for round two.

How we handle itWe audit what exists before proposing anything. What was built correctly stays; the restart gets a written phase-one scope small enough to actually finish.

Nobody can stop the day job

Your best people are exactly the ones the project needs, and they are already fully booked. Workshops get postponed, decisions queue up, and the timeline slides.

How we handle itWe phase the work so each team is only deeply involved during its own phase, and one consultant carries the context so nothing has to be explained twice.

The data is a mess

Customer records exist in three versions, product codes changed twice over the years, and the stock count has not matched the shelf in a while. Moving that into a new system as-is just relocates the problem.

How we handle itCleansing rules are agreed in writing before migration starts, and data moves in batches you validate — each one reversible until you confirm it.

Every department wants a different system

Sales wants speed, accounting wants control, and the warehouse wants nobody touching its process. Requirements meetings loop for months without a decision anyone will sign.

How we handle itWe document how work actually moves today, then put one written flow per phase in front of everyone for sign-off before a single setting is configured.

—— Learn from other projects

Mistakes we see, and how to avoid them.

Switching on every module at once

Odoo makes it tempting — the apps are right there, one click each. But every module you enable is a process someone has to learn, feed and maintain from day one. We scope phase one to the smallest set that runs the business, and add the rest only once the first set is being used properly.

Letting the partner do the testing

Sign-off based on a partner's demo means the first real test happens in production, with live customers attached. We hand testing to your users: they process real orders, real invoices and real returns in the new system before anything is approved.

Migrating ten years of history

Old transactions feel precious until you price what it costs to clean and load them — and how rarely anyone looks. We migrate open balances and open documents, keep history in a read-only archive you can still search, and spend the saved budget on the parts of the system people use daily.

Training one super-user

One person learns everything, everyone else asks that person, and the day they resign the system knowledge goes with them. Our training is role-based — each person practises their own tasks on your live data — and written guides stay with the company, not with an individual.

Calling go-live the finish line

The first week after cutover usually goes fine — the real test is the first month-end close, when reconciliations, tax reports and edge cases all arrive together. Our engagement includes stabilisation through that first close, so the team that built the system is still there when it matters.

—— Ways to engage

Three ways to start with us.

Option · 01

Full phased implementation

The complete engagement: scoping, configuration, migration, training and stabilisation, delivered phase by phase with a written scope and fixed price for each.

  • Written scope and fixed price approved before each phase starts
  • Role-based training in Thai or English, on your own data
  • Stabilisation through your first month-end close included
Option · 02

Pilot implementation

One core flow — typically quote to invoice — configured on your real data and live within weeks. You judge the fit on evidence before committing to the wider rollout.

  • A single end-to-end flow running on your actual products and customers
  • A firm quote for the remaining phases, based on evidence rather than guesswork
  • Nothing throwaway — the pilot configuration carries into the full build
Option · 03

Implementation rescue

For projects stuck mid-way — with another partner or an internal team. We audit what exists, tell you plainly what to keep, and restart with a scope small enough to finish.

  • Written audit of the existing configuration and custom code
  • A keep, fix or rebuild decision for every component
  • A restart plan with fixed scope and price per phase

Your implementation partner

A partner, not a licence reseller.

We are not chasing licence volume — we design, build and stay accountable for systems that companies run their operations on. The consultant who scopes your project stays through go-live and the support that follows, and everything we commit to is written into a fixed scope per phase.

—— What done looks like

Outcomes you can verify yourself.

One order, one system

A quotation becomes a delivery and an invoice without anyone re-keying data between tools. You can verify it yourself by following a single order from first contact to payment.

A month-end close inside Odoo

The first close happens in the new system with our consultant on hand, not after we leave. Your accountant reconciles bank, VAT and stock valuation in Odoo and signs off on the numbers.

A team that works without asking us

Every role has practised its own daily tasks during training, on your data, before go-live. The measure is simple: the week after cutover, work flows without a queue of questions to a consultant.

A system you own on paper

You receive the configuration decisions, migration mappings, admin access and user guides in writing. Any competent Odoo team — ours or not — can pick the system up from those documents.

—— How we work

What the engagement looks like.

  1. Scope and sequence

We agree what ships in phase one and what deliberately waits. Fixed scope per phase means fixed cost per phase.

  2. Configure and validate

Built against your real data, not demo records, and reviewed by the people who will use it daily before anything is signed off.

  3. Migrate and train

Data moves in validated batches with a rollback point at each checkpoint. Training is role-based, in Thai or English.

  4. Go-live and stabilise

We stay on hand through the first close — month-end is when the gaps show, not week one.

—— Why us

What you get that you would not elsewhere.

Why us · 01

Fixed scope per phase

You approve a defined deliverable before each phase starts, so scope creep has nowhere to hide.

Why us · 02

Trained on your workflow

Training uses your products, your customers and your documents, so day one after go-live is not a blank stare.

Why us · 03

Rollback at every checkpoint

Every migration batch is reversible until you confirm it. Nothing is a one-way door.

Not sure where to start? A short call sorts it.

—— Why us

What working with us is actually like.

An official Odoo partner

We are an official Odoo partner through the India programme, which you can verify on Odoo's own partner listing. It means direct access to Odoo's release channels and partner support when your project hits something unusual.

The same consultant, first call to go-live

The person who scopes your project is the person who delivers it. Nothing is lost in a handover from a sales team to a delivery team, because there is no handover.

Scope in writing, price per phase

Before each phase starts you hold a document that says what will be delivered and what it costs. If it is not in the document, it goes into the next phase — not into your invoice.

Thai and English, natively

Workshops, training and documents are delivered in the language your team actually thinks in. A warehouse team in Samut Prakan and a CFO in New York get the same project, each in their own words.

Three offices, overlapping hours

Bangkok, New York and Delhi NCR between them cover most of the clock. During go-live week, that means someone senior is awake when your team is.

We tell you when the free licence is enough

Odoo Community costs nothing to licence, and for many companies it is the right answer. Our implementation fee is the same either way, so we have no reason to push you toward Enterprise.

Enterprise licences, never marked up

If Enterprise is the right fit, Odoo bills you directly at Odoo's own price. Our quote contains our work and nothing else, so you always see what each part costs.

Standard first, custom last

We configure standard Odoo before we write code, because every custom line is something you pay to maintain at every upgrade. When custom work is genuinely needed, it is scoped and priced in writing like everything else.

—— Partner tiers, explained

What an Odoo partner tier does and does not tell you.

Odoo ranks partners by certifications held and licence volume sold. A tier signals commitment to the programme — it does not tell you who will actually staff your project. Ask that question of any partner, including us.

Learning Partner

New to the programme, building their first certified consultants and reference projects. Not a red flag — everyone starts here — but ask for hands-on proof.

Where we are

Official Partner

Certified consultants and active delivery. This is where we sit, enrolled through the India programme, delivering from Thailand, the USA and India.

Silver & Gold

Higher tiers earned mainly through licence sales volume and headcount of certified staff. A strong signal of scale — not automatically of fit for your project.

—— Who this is for

Built for your size, not resized for it.

Growing companies (5–100 people)

For companies of 5 to 100 people, implementation is usually about replacing spreadsheets and disconnected apps with one system — without a project that swallows the team.

  • You re-key the same data into a quotation file, a stock file and an accounting app, and the numbers rarely agree.
  • One or two people hold the whole operation in their heads, and every holiday proves it.
  • Odoo Community's free licence keeps your cost to the implementation work itself.
  • A phased build gets your first flow live in weeks, not a year.

Mid-market (100–500 people)

For companies of 100 to 500 people, the work is coordination: several departments, sometimes several entities, each with a system of its own that must become one.

  • Sales, warehouse and accounting each trust a different number, and month-end is a negotiation.
  • Multi-company, multi-currency or inter-branch flows need one chart of accounts and one structure.
  • Department-by-department cutover keeps operations running while each area moves.
  • Approval chains and access rights get written into the system instead of living in memory.

—— Risks

What usually goes wrong — and how we prevent it.

Risks · 01

The big-bang go-live

Switching everything on at once means every problem arrives at once. We phase go-lives so issues surface in one workstream at a time.

Risks · 02

Scope that quietly grows

Each phase has a written scope and a fixed price. New ideas go into the next phase instead of inflating the current one.

Risks · 03

A system nobody opens

Software without adoption is an expensive spreadsheet replacement that failed. Training runs on your live data with the people who use it daily.

—— Pricing

What this costs.

Quoted per phase after scoping. Licensing (Community free, Enterprise per user) is billed by Odoo directly and never marked up by us.

—— Editions & hosting

Community, Enterprise, and where it runs.

The licence and the hosting are separate decisions, and both are yours — we implement either edition and hand over whichever infrastructure you choose.

$0 licence

Odoo Community

Open source and free to license. Covers sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, manufacturing and more. You pay for implementation, not rent.

Odoo Enterprise

Adds studio, advanced accounting and localisations, mobile apps and official support. Billed by Odoo directly — never marked up by us.

—— FAQ

Questions teams ask about this service.

How long does implementation take?

Six to twelve weeks for sales, inventory and accounting. Multi-company or heavily customised builds take longer. We give the phased timeline after scoping, never before.

Can we keep using our current system in parallel?

Yes, and for the first month we usually recommend it. Running both is cheap insurance next to a rushed cutover.

What if we need changes after go-live?

Expected, and budgeted for. The first weeks always surface things no workshop predicted. That work is part of stabilisation, not a change request.

Do we need Odoo Enterprise, or is Community enough?

Community's licence is free and it covers sales, CRM, inventory, purchasing and manufacturing well. Enterprise adds modules Community lacks — full accounting among them — along with Odoo's upgrade service, and Odoo bills it directly with no markup from us. Our implementation fee is identical either way, so the advice follows your requirements, not our margin.

How much of our team's time will this take?

One decision-maker who can settle questions weekly, and one person per process area during their phase — typically a few hours a week, concentrated around validation and training. We schedule sessions around your operations; the project should never require anyone to abandon the day job.

Can you handle Thai tax and accounting requirements?

Yes. Thai VAT, withholding tax certificates and Revenue Department report formats are configured as part of scope, not bolted on later, and our Bangkok team delivers this work in Thai. For US and Indian entities, the same applies to multi-state sales tax and GST.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Configuration and testing run well remotely; scoping workshops, key training sessions and go-live week are usually better on-site. Our Bangkok, New York and Delhi NCR offices make that practical in all three regions, and you decide the mix.

Can our own IT team take over after go-live?

Yes, and we plan for it. You get admin access, configuration records and migration mappings in writing, and we train your administrators alongside your users. Ongoing support from us is available but optional — the documentation is written so you are not dependent on it.
