IT services · AI Solutions
AI applied where it pays back, not where it demos well.
Most AI proposals are a solution shopping for a problem. We start from a task your team repeats a hundred times a week, measure what it costs today, and only build if the arithmetic works.
—— Where it hurts
The problems this work actually solves.
Most AI projects do not fail on the model. They fail on a vague task, a missing baseline, and results that never reach the system where the work actually happens — and those are the problems this service exists to remove.
Invoices keyed by hand
Your accounts team retypes supplier invoices into Odoo line by line. Month-end means overtime, and a mistyped amount surfaces weeks later as a reconciliation headache. The work must be accurate, yet it is dull enough that nobody good stays on it.
How we handle itWe build extraction that turns an emailed PDF into a draft vendor bill in Odoo, with anything uncertain routed to a review queue instead of your ledger.
Quality checked photo by photo
Someone opens every product photo, delivery photo or defect report and judges it by eye. Throughput is capped by one person's attention, and the standard drifts with fatigue and shift changes.
How we handle itWe train vision checks on your own pass and fail examples, flag the doubtful cases for a person, and let the obvious passes flow through.
Purchasing by gut feel
Reorder quantities come from last year's spreadsheet and the purchasing manager's memory. The result shows up as dead stock in one aisle and stockouts in another, and nobody can say which forecast was wrong because there never was one.
How we handle itWe build demand forecasting from your own sales history and put it next to Odoo's reorder rules — and we will say plainly if your history is too thin to forecast from.
The same twenty questions
Your support inbox is mostly order status, delivery dates and how-do-I questions, asked around the clock. The team answers them well but slowly and only in office hours, while the unusual cases that genuinely need a human wait in the same queue.
How we handle itWe build an assistant grounded in your own documents and order data that answers the routine share and hands everything else to a person, with the handover visible in your helpdesk.
A pilot that never shipped
You already tried AI. The demo impressed everyone, then the pilot ran for months with no baseline to beat, no integration into daily work, and no decision. It is still "in evaluation", which is another word for shelved.
How we handle itWe restart from the arithmetic: measure the manual process, set a pass mark, then either wire the pilot into Odoo or recommend closing it in writing.
—— Learn from other projects
Mistakes we see, and how to avoid them.
Buying the platform before finding the task
An AI platform subscription arrives first, then the search begins for something to use it on. Twelve months later the licence renews and the flagship use case is a meeting summary. We work the other way around: one high-volume task, measured, then only the tools that task actually needs.
Skipping the baseline
Nobody records what the manual process costs before automating it, so six months in, "is it working?" has no answer and the project gets judged on feelings. We record minutes per item, error rate and rework cost before building anything, and report against those exact numbers afterwards.
Trusting the output on day one
Model output flows straight into ledgers and stock moves because the demo looked accurate. The first bad batch then costs more than the project ever saved. We start every build with a human review queue and widen the automatic share only as the accuracy numbers earn it.
Assuming the data is ready
The build is priced and signed before anyone checks whether the invoices are scanned straight, the photos are labelled, or the sales history covers a full season. We audit real samples during the study, and if the data cannot support the project we say so before you have paid for a build.
Building a second system beside the ERP
The AI tool arrives with its own login, its own database and its own version of the truth, and someone now re-keys results back into the ERP — the exact chore it was meant to remove. We build into Odoo, so extracted bills, forecasts and tickets land in the records your team already works in.
—— Ways to engage
Three ways to start with us.
Feasibility study
A fixed-fee study of one candidate task: we measure the manual baseline, test extraction or prediction on your real samples, and give you a build-or-don't recommendation with the numbers attached.
- Baseline measured: minutes per item, error rate, rework cost
- Accuracy tested on your own documents and data, not vendor samples
- Written go or no-go recommendation with estimated build and running costs
Build and hand over
One use case built into your Odoo, from data pipeline to review queue to staff training, under a fixed written scope. Go-live happens when the accuracy report beats the baseline, not when the calendar says so.
- Fixed written scope and price for each phase
- Review queue and results inside Odoo, not a separate tool
- Accuracy report against the baseline before go-live
Run and improve
A monthly retainer after go-live: we watch accuracy for drift, adjust thresholds and examples as your documents and products change, and keep a ranked list of the next tasks worth automating.
- Monthly accuracy report against the original baseline
- Drift caught and corrected before your team feels it
- A ranked queue of next candidate tasks, prioritised by payback
Your implementation partner
A partner, not a licence reseller.
We are not chasing licence volume — we design, build and stay accountable for systems that companies run their operations on. The consultant who scopes your project stays through go-live and the support that follows, and everything we commit to is written into a fixed scope per phase.
—— What done looks like
Outcomes you can verify yourself.
A before-and-after you can audit
The baseline we measured at the start sits next to the numbers after go-live, in the same units. You do not have to take our word that it worked; you can read it.
Results land where the work happens
Extracted invoices appear as draft bills, forecasts sit beside reorder rules, answered tickets close in your helpdesk. Nobody logs into a second system to collect the output.
A review queue that keeps shrinking
Every item the system was unsure about is visible in one queue, and the share needing human eyes is tracked week by week. Watching that percentage fall is how you know the system is maturing.
Your team can run it without us
Handover includes a plain-language runbook: what the system does, its thresholds, what data goes where, and how to adjust it. Keeping us on retainer is an option, not a dependency.
—— How we work
What the engagement looks like.
Find the repetitive task
Supplier invoices keyed by hand, photos checked one by one, the same twenty support questions. Volume is what makes automation pay.
Measure the baseline
Minutes per document, error rate, rework cost. Without this number there is no way to tell whether the project worked.
Human in the loop
Low-confidence results route to a person. Automation that cannot say "I am not sure" is a liability.
—— Why us
What you get that you would not elsewhere.
Measured, not promised
We report against the baseline. If it did not beat the manual process, we say so.
Your data stays yours
We will tell you exactly what leaves your infrastructure and what does not, before anything is signed.
Fails safely
Uncertain output goes to a queue, never straight into your accounts.
Not sure where to start? A short call sorts it.
Talk to an Odoo specialist ➜—— Why us
What working with us is actually like.
One consultant, start to finish
The person who measures your baseline on the first visit is the same person who reports against it at go-live. Nothing gets lost between a salesperson, an analyst and a delivery team, because there is no handover between them.
Fixed scope in a field that loves open ends
AI work drifts into open-ended experimentation faster than any other IT service. Every phase we sell has a written scope, a fixed price and a defined deliverable, and the study phase exists precisely so the build phase has no surprises.
We know where results belong in Odoo
As an official Odoo Partner we work inside Accounting, Inventory and Helpdesk every week, so extraction lands as a proper draft bill and a forecast lands beside the reorder rule — not in a CSV somebody has to import.
Tested on Thai documents, delivered in Thai
Invoices in Bangkok mix Thai and English on one page, and plenty of tools stumble exactly there. We test on your actual documents during the study, and our Bangkok team trains your staff in Thai.
No markup on what the machines cost
Model API usage, hosting and Odoo Enterprise licences are billed at the vendor's own price — the same way we never mark up Odoo's licence bill, and the same way we tell you Community costs $0 when it fits. Our fee is for the work.
Three offices, overlapping hours
Bangkok, New York and Delhi NCR give us working hours that overlap with Thailand, the US and India. When a review queue backs up on a Monday morning, someone senior is already awake.
"Do not build it" is a deliverable
The feasibility study is priced standalone, so we earn the same whether the answer is build or don't. If the volume is too low or the data too thin, the report says so, and you have spent the price of a study instead of the price of a failed project.
Failure is designed before the build
Before writing any code we agree in writing what happens when the model is wrong: where the item queues, who reviews it, and how to switch back to the manual process. A system that fails visibly and safely is the whole point.
—— Partner tiers, explained
What an Odoo partner tier does and does not tell you.
Odoo ranks partners by certifications held and licence volume sold. A tier signals commitment to the programme — it does not tell you who will actually staff your project. Ask that question of any partner, including us.
Learning Partner
New to the programme, building their first certified consultants and reference projects. Not a red flag — everyone starts here — but ask for hands-on proof.
Official Partner
Certified consultants and active delivery. This is where we sit, enrolled through the India programme, delivering from Thailand, the USA and India.
Silver & Gold
Higher tiers earned mainly through licence sales volume and headcount of certified staff. A strong signal of scale — not automatically of fit for your project.
—— Who this is for
Built for your size, not resized for it.
Growing companies (5–100 people)
A small team feels repetitive work the hardest: the person keying invoices is also the person closing the month. We keep the engagement small, fixed-price and aimed at one task.
- One task your team repeats dozens of times a week is eating a real person's real hours.
- You want a build-or-don't answer for a fixed study fee before committing to anything bigger.
- There is no data team in-house, so the result must be operable by the admin you already have.
- You run on Odoo, or are moving to it, and want results inside it rather than another tool to log into.
Mid-market (100–500 people)
At 100-500 people the question is rarely whether a model can do the task. It is governance: which data may leave, who reviews what, and how accuracy is watched across departments.
- Several departments have candidate tasks and you need them ranked by payback, not by who asks loudest.
- PDPA or client contracts restrict where data may go, so on-infrastructure options must be documented, not assumed.
- You need accuracy monitored month after month, not a pilot that was demoed once and never measured again.
- Your IT team will own the system eventually and needs handover documentation written for exactly that.

—— FAQ
Questions teams ask about this service.
Will this replace our staff?
In our experience it removes the tedious part of a job rather than the job. If you are buying it specifically to cut headcount, say so up front so we can scope it honestly.
What about PDPA and data privacy?
Addressed in scoping, not afterwards. For sensitive data we can run models on your own infrastructure so nothing leaves it.
Which AI vendor or model do you use?
We choose per task and put the reasoning in the study report: sometimes a large model API, sometimes a small model on your own server, sometimes plain OCR with rules. Anyone who names the vendor before hearing the task is selling a subscription, not a solution.
How long until we see results?
The feasibility study takes two to three weeks and already tells you the accuracy on your own samples. A first use case typically reaches a working review queue within a few months of starting the build, because we scope one task, not a platform. If the data cannot support it, you learn that in week three, not month six.
What does it cost to run after go-live?
Model API usage, or hosting if the model runs on your own infrastructure — both billed at the vendor's price with no markup from us — plus an optional support retainer. The study estimates the running cost per document or per request before you commit, so the monthly bill is a known number, not a surprise.
Can it read Thai-language documents?
Yes, and mixed Thai-English invoices — the normal case in Bangkok — are exactly what we test on during the study. Accuracy depends on scan quality and layout consistency more than on language, which is why we test on your real documents before quoting any build.
Who maintains it when accuracy drops?
Accuracy does drop over time — suppliers change invoice layouts, products change, questions change. The review queue catches the errors while the monthly report makes the drop visible, and then either our retainer team or your own staff, working from the runbook we hand over, adjusts the thresholds and examples. You choose which; the system does not depend on us.
Let's find out whether Odoo actually fits your business.
A short call, an honest answer. If it isn't the right system for you, we'll say so.
