Sales tax by state
Odoo can calculate US sales tax natively or through a tax engine such as Avalara, but someone has to configure nexus, product taxability and filing groups correctly. We set that up for the states you actually sell into, and document why each rate applies.
W-2 payroll and 1099 contractors
Odoo is not a US payroll engine, and we will not pretend otherwise. We integrate it with the payroll provider you already run — Gusto, ADP or similar — so wages, contractor payments and 1099 data land in the ledger without re-keying.
GAAP-ready books
We configure accrual accounting, revenue recognition and a chart of accounts your CPA will recognise, not a relabelled European default. Month-end close gets tested before go-live, because that is where ERP gaps actually show.

Do you work on-site in the US?
Yes, when it earns its cost. Discovery workshops and go-live weeks are the usual on-site moments; day-to-day configuration is done remotely. Clients in the New York area can also meet at our office.
Which time zone do you answer in?
Eastern time, from New York, through US business hours. Overnight, the Delhi NCR office continues delivery work, so a bug reported at 6 pm EST is often fixed before 9 am.
Can you migrate us off QuickBooks or NetSuite?
Yes — both are common starting points for US clients. Data moves in validated batches with a rollback point at every step, and for the first month we usually recommend running the old system in parallel.
Who actually staffs the project?
The consultant who takes your first call runs the project through go-live. Delivery capacity behind them comes from our own three offices — New York, Delhi NCR and Bangkok — working under that one consultant.
