Engineers who have shipped this before.

Hiring an Odoo developer takes months and the market is thin. Embedding one of ours takes a week, and you can end it when the project ends rather than carrying the cost through a quiet quarter.

—— Where it hurts

The problems this work actually solves.

Finding, vetting and keeping Odoo talent is a project in its own right. These are the problems that usually bring companies to us.

A thin market

You post an Odoo developer role and it sits open for months. The few applications that arrive are from people who have read about Odoo, not shipped it, and the strongest candidates already have three offers.

How we handle itWe keep engineers across our Bangkok, Delhi NCR and New York offices who have already shipped Odoo to production. You interview them this week, not next quarter.

A project, not a headcount

The rollout needs two extra engineers for six months. A permanent hire means carrying that salary through the quiet year that follows, and letting someone go is slow, costly and unpleasant.

How we handle itMonthly terms sized to the project. When it ends, the engagement ends with a documented handover, not a severance negotiation.

Interviews you cannot judge

Nobody on your team has built with Odoo, so every CV reads the same and every interview answer sounds plausible. You are being asked to judge a specialty you do not have.

How we handle itYou still interview, but the two-week trial makes the real decision: actual tickets, actual code, reviewed in your repository.

The black-box vendor

You send tickets into an agency and something comes back a month later, built by people you have never met. Meanwhile the knowledge of your own system accumulates inside someone else's company.

How we handle itOur engineers sit in your standups, use your tools and commit to your repository, so the knowledge stays where you can see it.

Timezone and language friction

An offshore engineer nine hours away means every question waits overnight. Or the engineer writes good code but cannot talk to your Thai accounting team, so requirements arrive second-hand and slightly wrong.

How we handle itWith offices in Thailand, India and the US, and native Thai and English delivery, we match each placement to your team's hours and language.

—— Learn from other projects

Mistakes we see, and how to avoid them.

Hiring a Python generalist for an Odoo job

Odoo's ORM, module inheritance, security rules and upgrade constraints are a specialty. A good generalist will learn them, but on your budget, and their first mistakes land in your production database. We only place engineers who have already shipped Odoo work to production.

Starting without a written role scope

"We need a developer" is not a role. Three months in, nobody agrees on what they own or what done looks like, and the placement drifts. Before anyone starts, we write down what the role owns, who it reports to, and what the first month must deliver.

Deciding on the interview alone

An hour of conversation predicts very little about a month of work. Companies sign long contracts on interview charm and regret it slowly. We put a two-week trial in front of every longer commitment, so the decision rests on reviewed work, not a good meeting.

Letting knowledge live in the vendor's systems

Code in the vendor's repository, credentials in their vault, documentation in their wiki — ending that contract means rebuilding your own knowledge from zero. With us, everything lives in your repository and your accounts from the first commit, so leaving is always possible, which is exactly what makes staying a free choice.

Signing a year to get a discount

Twelve-month minimums look sensible until the project changes shape in month four. Then you pay for idle capacity, or pay a penalty to leave. Our terms are monthly after the trial, with a documented handover, so ending the engagement is a decision, not a negotiation.

—— Ways to engage

Three ways to start with us.

Option · 01

Embedded engineer

One dedicated Odoo or full-stack engineer who joins your team and works the way your own staff do, on monthly terms.

  • Works in your repository, your standups and your tools
  • Two-week trial before any monthly commitment
  • Timezone overlap matched from our Bangkok, Delhi NCR or New York offices
Option · 02

Project team

A small team — typically a developer plus a functional consultant — assembled for a defined build, with one lead who stays from first call to go-live.

  • Fixed written scope for each phase before it starts
  • The same lead consultant from first call through go-live
  • Documented handover when the build is done
Option · 03

Part-time specialist

A senior Odoo engineer for a few days a month: code review, upgrade planning, and the problems your team cannot get past alone.

  • Scheduled days with a written agenda, not an open-ended retainer
  • Review notes and decisions recorded in your systems
  • Scales up to full-time only when the workload justifies it

Your implementation partner

A partner, not a licence reseller.

We are not chasing licence volume — we design, build and stay accountable for systems that companies run their operations on. The consultant who scopes your project stays through go-live and the support that follows, and everything we commit to is written into a fixed scope per phase.

—— What done looks like

Outcomes you can verify yourself.

A productive engineer in weeks, not months

From role scope to first commit in your repository, the timeline is measured in days. You can check it yourself: the commits sit in your history, with dates.

Everything in your systems

Code in your repository, documentation in your wiki, access under your accounts. At any point you can audit exactly what exists, because all of it is somewhere you control.

A decision made on evidence

After the two-week trial you have reviewed real commits and watched the engineer work in your standups. Whether you continue or not, the decision rests on work you have seen.

An exit that is ready before you need it

Handover documentation is maintained throughout the engagement, not written in the last week. When the project ends, your own team can pick the system up and carry it.

—— How we work

What the engagement looks like.

  1. Scope the role

What they will own, who they report to, and what "done" looks like in your first month.

  2. Match and trial

You interview. A two-week trial period runs before any longer commitment.

  3. Embed

They work in your tools, your standups and your repository, not in a black box that reports monthly.

—— Why us

What you get that you would not elsewhere.

Why us · 01

Timezone coverage

Thailand, India and US offices mean you can have overlap with your team wherever it sits.

Why us · 02

Real Odoo experience

People who have shipped Odoo to production, not generalists reading the docs on your budget.

Why us · 03

Exit without drama

Monthly terms and a documented handover. Staffing that traps you is not staffing, it is a hostage situation.

Not sure where to start? A short call sorts it.

—— Why us

What working with us is actually like.

Official Odoo Partner

We are an Official Odoo Partner through the India programme. The engineers we place work on Odoo every week across our delivery projects, not occasionally between other stacks.

Three offices, three time zones

Bangkok, Delhi NCR and New York. Whichever hours your team keeps, we can place an engineer whose working day genuinely overlaps with yours.

Thai and English, natively

Our people deliver in native Thai and English. Requirements from your Bangkok accounting team do not pass through a translator before reaching the person writing the code.

You interview the actual person

No account manager describing a team you will never meet. You speak with the engineer who will do the work, before anything is signed.

The trial is standard, not a favour

Every placement starts with a two-week trial. We would rather lose a placement early than embed a bad fit for a year, because a bad fit costs us the relationship.

One consultant, start to finish

The consultant who scopes the role with you stays your contact through the whole placement. Nothing gets lost in a handoff between sales and delivery, because there is no handoff.

Your repository from day one

Code, branches and history live under your account from the first commit. There is nothing to buy back, export or renegotiate when the engagement ends.

Licence advice with no angle

If the work touches licensing, we tell you plainly: Odoo Community costs $0, and Enterprise is billed by Odoo directly with no markup from us. A staffing engagement is not a sales channel for licences.

—— Partner tiers, explained

What an Odoo partner tier does and does not tell you.

Odoo ranks partners by certifications held and licence volume sold. A tier signals commitment to the programme — it does not tell you who will actually staff your project. Ask that question of any partner, including us.

Learning Partner

New to the programme, building their first certified consultants and reference projects. Not a red flag — everyone starts here — but ask for hands-on proof.

Where we are

Official Partner

Certified consultants and active delivery. This is where we sit, enrolled through the India programme, delivering from Thailand, the USA and India.

Silver & Gold

Higher tiers earned mainly through licence sales volume and headcount of certified staff. A strong signal of scale — not automatically of fit for your project.

—— Who this is for

Built for your size, not resized for it.

Growing companies (5–100 people)

For companies of 5-100 people, staffing is usually about getting one capable person without creating a permanent cost.

  • You need Odoo skills for a project, not a permanent salary line.
  • Nobody in-house can technically vet an Odoo developer, so the two-week trial does it for you.
  • One embedded engineer alongside your existing staff usually covers it, without an agency-sized contract.
  • Monthly terms fit a budget that is decided quarter by quarter.

Mid-market (100–500 people)

For companies of 100-500 people, staffing is about reinforcing a real IT team with depth it does not have in-house.

  • Your IT team is capable but has no Odoo depth; one specialist fills the gap without a reorganisation.
  • A migration or rollout needs extra hands for a hard deadline, then needs them gone.
  • Our engineers work under your processes: your repository, your review rules, your security policies.
  • Teams spread across countries get real overlap from our Bangkok, Delhi NCR and New York offices.

—— FAQ

Questions teams ask about this service.

Minimum engagement?

One month, after the two-week trial. We would rather you leave easily than stay unhappily.

Who owns the code they write?

You do, from the first commit. It lives in your repository under your account.

Can we hire the engineer permanently later?

Yes. If after some months the fit is that good, we agree a straightforward transfer rather than stand in the way. Blocking a hire that is right for everyone would cost us the relationship, and the relationship is worth more than one placement.

Where do your engineers work from? Can they come on-site?

From our offices in Bangkok, Delhi NCR and New York. For Bangkok-based clients, on-site days can be arranged; for everyone else we match timezone overlap so questions get answered the same working day.

What happens if the engineer resigns or becomes unavailable?

We propose a replacement and the two-week trial applies again. Because the code, documentation and access already live in your systems, continuity does not depend on one person's memory.

How is pricing structured?

One written monthly rate per person, agreed before the trial starts. No recruitment fee and no overtime surprises, and the rate does not change mid-engagement without a new written agreement.

Do we need Odoo Enterprise for the engineer to be useful?

No. Much of our staffing work runs on Odoo Community, which costs $0 in licences. If Enterprise genuinely fits your case better, Odoo bills you directly and we add no markup, so the recommendation carries no commission.
