An Odoo team in Bangkok that works in your language and on your clock.
Our Bangkok office delivers Odoo projects in Thai and English, on Thai business hours, with the same consultant from the first call through go-live. Requirements gathered in Thai stay accurate — nothing is lost through a translation layer or an overnight handoff. Thai e-Tax invoicing, withholding tax and the Thai chart of accounts are part of scope from day one, not an add-on discovered later.
—— Why local matters
Delivery that fits how business works here.
Meetings inside your working day
Bangkok runs on Indochina Time, and so do we. A question asked in the morning gets answered the same morning, and workshops happen at 10:00, not 21:00.
Requirements gathered in Thai
Your accounting team explains withholding tax in Thai, and the consultant configuring the system hears it directly. Workshops, training and documentation run in Thai or English, whichever each team prefers.
Thai compliance is home ground
e-Tax invoicing, PND withholding certificates and the Thai chart of accounts are standard scope for us, not research projects. The system produces documents your auditor and the Revenue Department will accept.
On the ground where Thai industry is
We travel on-site from Bangkok across the metropolitan area and the Eastern Economic Corridor. Discovery and go-live go better when the consultant can stand in your warehouse, not just see it on a call.
—— Coverage
Where we work: Thailand
—— Compliance
Local rules, handled inside the system.
e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt
Thai e-Tax invoicing means Revenue Department formats, digital signing and data submission — details that decide whether a document is valid. We configure Odoo to issue compliant e-Tax invoices and receipts as part of implementation, not bolted on after go-live.
Withholding tax and PND filings
Service billing in Thailand means withholding on nearly every payment — 3% on services, 5% on rent, with PND 3 and PND 53 filed monthly. We set Odoo up to calculate WHT on both the paying and receiving side, and to print certificates your suppliers will accept.
Thai chart of accounts and VAT
We build on a Thai chart of accounts your accountant recognises, with 7% VAT, input and output tax reports, and the PP 30 cycle mapped to how your books actually close. Reports come out in the shape the auditor asks for, in Thai.
—— FAQ
Questions companies here ask us.
Do you work on-site in Thailand?
Yes. We are based in Bangkok and run discovery workshops, key training sessions and go-live support on-site across greater Bangkok and the EEC. Day-to-day configuration happens remotely, which keeps travel from inflating the budget.
What language and time zone do you support in?
Thai and English, natively — not through translators. Project communication and support run on Bangkok business hours, so a question sent at 9:00 is not waiting for another continent to wake up.
Can you migrate us from Express or spreadsheets?
Yes. Express, older ERPs and spreadsheet-run operations are the most common starting points we see in Thailand. Data moves in validated batches with a rollback point at each step, and your current system stays available until you confirm the cutover.
Who will actually work on our project?
The consultant on your first call runs the project through go-live — no handoff to a delivery team you have never met. Each phase has a fixed written scope, and one person accountable for it.
Let's find out whether Odoo actually fits your business.
A short call, an honest answer. If it isn't the right system for you, we'll say so.
