Odoo services · Odoo QuickStart Package
Odoo live in six to eight weeks, at a price agreed before we start.
Most companies under twenty users do not need an ERP programme. They need four core apps working and their spreadsheets retired. QuickStart is exactly that: sales, purchasing, inventory and accounting delivered against a written scope, at a price fixed before work begins, with your data migrated, your team trained on it, and a month of support after go-live. Typical timeline is six to eight weeks.
Your implementation partner
A partner, not a licence reseller.
We are not chasing licence volume — we design, build and stay accountable for systems that companies run their operations on. The consultant who scopes your project stays through go-live and the support that follows, and everything we commit to is written into a fixed scope per phase.
—— How we work
What the engagement looks like.
One scoping call, one written scope
We review your data and processes in a single call, then send a fixed scope and a fixed price in writing. Nothing starts until you have both.
Configure the core four
Sales, purchasing, inventory and invoicing/accounting, set up against how your business actually works. The same consultant runs the project end to end.
Migrate and train
Customers, suppliers, products and opening balances come across from your spreadsheets in validated batches. Training is role-based, on your live data, in Thai or English.
Go-live plus one month
We stay through go-live and the month that follows, including your first month-end close — the point where real questions appear.
—— Why us
What you get that you would not elsewhere.
A price that cannot drift
Scope and price are written down before work begins. Anything new that comes up is quoted separately — the QuickStart figure does not move.
One consultant, both languages
The person on your scoping call is the person beside you at month-end close, working natively in Thai and English. Nothing is lost in handover or translation.
Licence cost stays honest
Community is $0 and covers many teams this size; Enterprise is billed per user by Odoo directly, never marked up by us. As an official Odoo Partner we recommend only what earns its fee.
—— Risks
What usually goes wrong — and how we prevent it.
The budget that never lands
Open-ended day rates are how a small ERP project quietly doubles in cost. QuickStart is a written scope at a fixed price, and work outside it needs a separate quote agreed before it starts.
Spreadsheet data taken on trust
Duplicate customers and stale prices imported as-is become permanent problems in the new system. We clean and validate master data before it enters Odoo, and you sign off each batch.
Training that ends at go-live
Most questions arrive in week two, when real orders hit — not in the training room. QuickStart includes a month of support after go-live, so your first month-end close happens with us still in the room.
—— Pricing
What this costs.
One fixed price, quoted in writing after a single scoping call — because an honest number depends on the state of your data, not on how long a day rate can stretch.
—— Editions & hosting
Community, Enterprise, and where it runs.
The licence and the hosting are separate decisions, and both are yours — we implement either edition and hand over whichever infrastructure you choose.
$0 licence
Odoo Community
Open source and free to license. Covers sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, manufacturing and more. You pay for implementation, not rent.
Per user, billed by Odoo
Odoo Enterprise
Adds studio, advanced accounting and localisations, mobile apps and official support. Billed by Odoo directly — never marked up by us.
Odoo.sh · VPS · on-premise
Your server or the cloud
Odoo.sh, a VPS we manage, or your own hardware. We recommend based on your compliance and budget, then document the choice so it stays portable.
—— FAQ
Questions teams ask about this service.
What exactly is included?
Sales, purchasing, inventory and invoicing/accounting; master-data migration from your spreadsheets; role-based training on live data; go-live and one month of support. All of it is listed in the written scope, which you see before you commit to anything.
Why don't you publish the price?
Because an honest fixed price depends on the state of your data and how many roles need training. One scoping call gives us that, and you get one figure in writing. It does not change afterwards.
Is QuickStart right for us?
It fits companies up to roughly twenty users who want the core apps working, not custom development. If your requirements go beyond that, we will say so on the scoping call and propose a phased implementation instead.
Do we need the Enterprise licence?
Not necessarily. Community is $0 and covers many teams under twenty users. Where an Enterprise feature genuinely earns its fee, we will say which one and why — and Enterprise is billed by Odoo directly, never marked up by us.
Let's find out whether Odoo actually fits your business.
A short call, an honest answer. If it isn't the right system for you, we'll say so.
