Controller and purposes
OdooReply's Bangkok office is the data controller. We process enquiry data to respond to you (legitimate interest) and order data to deliver what you bought (contract). Nothing is processed for advertising.
Cross-border transfers
Our teams in the USA and India may access enquiry data so that someone is available across time zones. Access is limited to what answering you requires, under the same protections described in the privacy policy.
Your PDPA rights
You may access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee. Contact us through the contact page, WhatsApp or LINE — we respond within the statutory period.
