Odoo built and supported from Bangkok, in Thai and in English.
Our Thai office is in Bangkok, so meetings run in your working hours and workshops happen at your site, not over a late-night call. Delivery is native Thai with English alongside — requirements come out cleaner when they are gathered in the language your team actually works in. The same consultant handles your project from the first call through go-live.
—— Why local matters
Delivery that fits how business works here.
On Bangkok time
A question sent in the morning gets answered the same morning, because the people who keep your system running sit in your time zone. Month-end close support happens during your working day, not somebody else's night shift.
Native Thai delivery
Workshops, training and documentation are written in Thai by native speakers, with English for regional management. Requirements gathered in the language your team thinks in come out more accurate, and accuracy at scoping is what decides an ERP project.
Thai compliance from day one
e-Tax invoicing, withholding tax and Revenue Department document formats go into the scope at the first session, not as a surprise at go-live. We configure them the way Thai accountants and auditors expect to see them.
In the city, not just on a call
Process discovery works better standing in your warehouse than screen-sharing into it. From our Bangkok office we run on-site workshops across the city and the industrial belt around it — the trading, manufacturing and import-export operations Greater Bangkok runs on.
—— Coverage
Where we work: Bangkok
—— Compliance
Local rules, handled inside the system.
e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt
We configure Odoo to issue e-Tax invoices in the format the Revenue Department accepts, submitted through an approved service provider. Customers who still want paper get the full-form tax invoice layout Thai accountants expect, from the same system.
Withholding tax that reconciles
Thai WHT means deducting at payment, issuing the certificate, and filing PND 3 and PND 53 every month. We set Odoo up so the deduction, the certificate and the filing report all come from one place — no side spreadsheet.
Thai chart of accounts and VAT
Odoo ships with a Thai localisation, but the defaults rarely match how your auditor wants the books presented. We adapt the chart of accounts to your existing structure and set up VAT so the PP30 report comes straight out of the system.
—— FAQ
Questions companies here ask us.
Do you work on-site in Bangkok?
Yes. Discovery workshops and go-live support usually happen at your office or warehouse, and training almost always should — people ask more questions in person. Remote sessions cover the routine work in between.
Which hours and language do you answer in?
Bangkok business hours, in Thai or English — whichever each person on your team prefers. With offices in New York and Delhi NCR as well, an urgent issue outside Thai hours does not wait until morning.
Can you migrate us off Express or spreadsheets?
Yes. In Thailand the starting point is often Express or a set of linked spreadsheets. Master data and opening balances move in validated batches with a rollback point at each step, and historic records can stay in the old system for reference if migrating them is not worth the cost.
Who actually staffs the project?
The consultant on your first call runs your project through go-live — no handoff to a delivery team you have never met. Development draws on our teams across three offices, but your point of contact stays in Bangkok.
Let's find out whether Odoo actually fits your business.
A short call, an honest answer. If it isn't the right system for you, we'll say so.
