Websites that load fast and rank, not just look good.
A slow site loses customers before it loses rankings. We build for measurable speed, and we hand over a codebase your team or anyone else can maintain.
—— Where it hurts
The problems this work actually solves.
Most companies come to us with a website that already exists — and is already costing them something: speed, enquiries, or the freedom to change it. These are the problems we are usually hired to solve.
The site is slow and nobody can say why
PageSpeed scores are red, the bounce rate keeps climbing, and every agency you ask proposes a full rebuild without explaining the current problem. Meanwhile your ads get more expensive because the landing pages convert poorly.
How we handle itWe measure first — real-user data and lab data — then show you exactly what is slow and what fixing it costs. Sometimes the answer is three fixes, not a rebuild.
The website and the ERP don't talk
Enquiries land in a shared inbox and get retyped into a spreadsheet or into Odoo by hand. Prices on the site drift from prices in the system, and nobody is sure which order status is the true one.
How we handle itWe connect the site to Odoo so forms become CRM leads, orders become sales orders, and prices come from the one place you already maintain them.
Thai and English as an afterthought
One language was built first and the other bolted on later. The copy reads translated, Thai text breaks in the wrong places, and Google serves the wrong language to the wrong country.
How we handle itWe build both locales as first-class from the first commit — separate metadata, correct hreflang, and typography that respects how Thai actually wraps.
Locked into the last agency
The domain or hosting sits in the old agency's account, there is no repository access, and a one-line text change means a paid ticket and a queue. Leaving feels more expensive than staying unhappy.
How we handle itEvery account is registered to you from the first week, and handover with documentation is a line in our contract, not a favour to negotiate later.
A redesign every two years
Without a design system every new page is hand-built, styles drift, and inconsistency piles up until a full rebuild feels cheaper than another patch. The budget resets to zero each cycle.
How we handle itWe agree tokens and components before pages, so the site stays consistent as it grows and each new batch of pages costs a fraction of the first.
—— Learn from other projects
Mistakes we see, and how to avoid them.
Choosing the platform before the editors
A stack gets picked for the developer's comfort, and after launch nobody in-house can publish a page without opening a ticket. The site goes stale within months. We start by asking who edits the site weekly, and choose the platform for those people.
Treating speed as launch-week polish
Performance added at the end never survives, because every feature shipped afterwards erodes it a little. Within a year the site is slow again and nobody can point to the change that did it. We write performance budgets into the contract and enforce them in CI, so a slowing change fails the build the day it is made.
Translating the site instead of writing it twice
Word-for-word Thai reads foreign, and Thai buyers notice within a paragraph. It also ranks poorly, because nobody searches in translated phrasing. We write each language natively — our team delivers in Thai and English — and set metadata and hreflang per locale.
Letting the vendor own your accounts
Domain, DNS, hosting and analytics get registered under the agency's email because it was convenient that week. Companies discover this at contract end, when it has become leverage. We register everything to accounts you control from the first week, and the handover document lists each one.
Relaunching without a redirect map
A new site goes live, old URLs die as 404s, and rankings built over years disappear in a week. It is the most common self-inflicted SEO wound we see. A full 301 map and a Search Console baseline are part of our migration scope, not an optional extra.
—— Ways to engage
Three ways to start with us.
Fixed-scope site build
A new site from design system to launch, priced as a fixed written scope per phase. You approve what each phase contains before it starts.
- Design system and page templates agreed before any page is built
- Core Web Vitals targets written into the contract and verified at launch
- Full handover: code, documentation and pipeline in your accounts
Performance and SEO rescue
You keep your current site; we fix what is measurably wrong with it. Useful when a rebuild is not in this year's budget.
- Audit from real-user and lab data, findings ranked by impact
- Fixes applied to your existing codebase, whoever built it
- A before-and-after report you can reproduce with public tools
Ongoing care retainer
A monthly arrangement for edits, updates and monitoring after launch — on a site we built, or one we did not.
- Content and layout changes with an agreed turnaround
- Framework, dependency and security updates applied on schedule
- Monthly Core Web Vitals and uptime report in plain language
Your implementation partner
A partner, not a licence reseller.
We are not chasing licence volume — we design, build and stay accountable for systems that companies run their operations on. The consultant who scopes your project stays through go-live and the support that follows, and everything we commit to is written into a fixed scope per phase.
—— What done looks like
Outcomes you can verify yourself.
Speed you can verify yourself
At handover the site meets the LCP, INP and CLS targets written into the contract. You can run the same public tools we use and see the same numbers, without taking our word for anything.
Your team publishes without us
Editors add pages and change text, prices and images in both languages without calling a developer. We train them before launch and leave written steps for every routine task.
Everything registered in your name
Domain, hosting, repository and analytics live in accounts you control, listed in one handover document. If we disappeared tomorrow, a competent developer could continue from the docs alone.
Enquiries arrive as records, not emails
A form submitted on the site appears as a lead in Odoo CRM with its source attached. Nothing gets retyped, and nothing dies in a shared inbox.
—— How we work
What the engagement looks like.
Design system first
Tokens, components and states agreed before pages, so the tenth page costs a fraction of the first.
Build to a budget
Performance budgets enforced in CI. A change that makes the site slower fails the build rather than shipping quietly.
Handover
Source, docs and deployment pipeline in your account. You are never locked into us to make an edit.
—— Why us
What you get that you would not elsewhere.
Speed is a requirement
LCP, INP and CLS targets are written into the contract and verified automatically.
Bilingual from day one
Thai and English handled as first-class locales, including the typography differences most builds get wrong.
Connected to your ERP
Forms, quotes and orders land in Odoo rather than an inbox nobody reads.
Not sure where to start? A short call sorts it.
Talk to an Odoo specialist ➜—— Why us
What working with us is actually like.
One consultant from first call to launch
The person who scopes your site is the person who answers for it at launch. Nothing gets lost in a handover between a salesperson and a delivery team, because there isn't one.
Fixed written scope, phase by phase
Pages, features and performance targets are agreed in writing before each phase starts. Anything new is quoted as a change, not absorbed quietly and billed back later as surprise hours.
Thai and English delivered natively
We work in Thai and English natively — meetings, documentation and site copy. Your bilingual site is written by people who read both languages, not passed through a translation step.
Three offices, overlapping hours
Bangkok, New York and Delhi NCR. An urgent fix or a launch-day question does not wait for another continent to wake up.
We know the ERP behind the form
As an Official Odoo Partner (India programme), we know what a lead, quote or order looks like on the Odoo side. Site-to-ERP integration is designed up front, not improvised after launch.
A slow change fails the build
Performance budgets run in CI on every change, ours included. Speed is not a promise in a proposal; it is a gate the code has to pass every day.
No licence markups, ever
If your site runs on Odoo Website, the Community licence costs $0 and we say so. If you need Enterprise, Odoo bills you directly and we never mark it up. The same rule applies to any tool we recommend.
Built to be left
We write documentation assuming another team will maintain the site one day, because they might. Clients stay with us because the work holds up, not because leaving is expensive.
—— Partner tiers, explained
What an Odoo partner tier does and does not tell you.
Odoo ranks partners by certifications held and licence volume sold. A tier signals commitment to the programme — it does not tell you who will actually staff your project. Ask that question of any partner, including us.
Learning Partner
New to the programme, building their first certified consultants and reference projects. Not a red flag — everyone starts here — but ask for hands-on proof.
Official Partner
Certified consultants and active delivery. This is where we sit, enrolled through the India programme, delivering from Thailand, the USA and India.
Silver & Gold
Higher tiers earned mainly through licence sales volume and headcount of certified staff. A strong signal of scale — not automatically of fit for your project.
—— Who this is for
Built for your size, not resized for it.
Growing companies (5–100 people)
For companies of 5 to 100 people, the website is often the first salesperson and one admin owns it part-time. Our builds are sized for exactly that.
- A fixed price and a written scope, so a small budget cannot quietly become a large one.
- A CMS your admin edits directly — no developer needed for a price change or a new photo.
- Thai and English in one project, not a second site billed later.
- Forms feed Odoo CRM directly, even on the $0 Community edition.
Mid-market (100–500 people)
From 100 to 500 people the website has several owners — marketing, sales, sometimes multiple markets — and the main risk shifts from cost to coordination.
- A design system that lets marketing ship pages without breaking the brand or the build.
- Staging, review and deployment pipelines that fit your IT team's change rules.
- Locale structure planned for more than two languages when your markets need it.
- ERP and analytics integration under change control, not ad-hoc scripts.

—— FAQ
Questions teams ask about this service.
Do you work with our existing design?
Yes. If you have a designer or brand guidelines we build to them. If not, we produce the design system as part of the work.
WordPress or Next.js?
Depends on who edits it and how fast it must be. We will recommend the boring option when the boring option is right.
How long does a typical build take?
Six to ten weeks for most company sites, from design system to launch. E-commerce or heavy ERP integration adds time, and we show you where before you commit. Each phase in the written scope carries its own dates.
Can you fix our current site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. We audit first, and if three targeted fixes get the result a rebuild would, that is what we quote. We recommend a rebuild only when the measurements support it — and we show you those measurements.
Who owns the code and the accounts after launch?
You do. Repository, hosting, domain and analytics sit in accounts you control from the first week, and the handover document lists them all. Nothing about the build ties you to us.
Do you do SEO?
Technical SEO is part of every build: site structure, speed, metadata, hreflang, structured data and redirects. We do not sell link-building or monthly content packages, and we would rather tell you that than resell a service we cannot stand behind.
Can you build our online store?
Yes, by one of two routes. Odoo eCommerce when your products, stock and pricing already live in Odoo — one system, no sync jobs. A Next.js storefront when the front-end demands are heavier. We recommend per case and explain the trade before you choose.
Let's find out whether Odoo actually fits your business.
A short call, an honest answer. If it isn't the right system for you, we'll say so.
