Stabilisation
The live pain stops first: blocked invoicing, wrong stock, users locked out. Small fixes in a deliberate order, before any larger remediation begins.
Phased remediation
The remaining work runs under our normal model: a fixed written scope per phase, the same consultant end to end, and the option to stop after any phase.

Yes — that is the standard case for this service. We need database access and whatever documentation exists; the audit fills the gaps where documentation does not. The official change of partner record is administrative paperwork, and we handle it.
Do we have to start the implementation again from scratch?
Rarely. Most stuck projects have sound foundations under a layer of specific problems, and the audit gives a keep-fix-rebuild verdict for each area. We recommend a full restart only when repair genuinely costs more, and the report shows that arithmetic.
What does the rescue audit actually cover?
Custom code quality, configuration against standard Odoo, data integrity, and what was delivered against what was originally scoped — plus a full inventory of access, credentials and repositories.
