Most companies running Odoo cannot say with confidence what their system would survive: an upgrade, a tax audit, a busy day of orders. A health check answers that in a few days, at a fixed fee agreed before we start. We review configuration, custom code quality, performance, data hygiene and security posture, then hand you a written findings-and-roadmap report. The report is yours outright, whether the fixes are done by us, by your own team, or by someone else entirely.

Scope and access
We agree in writing what the check covers, then work from read-only access or a copy of your database. Production is never touched.
Technical review
Configuration measured against Odoo standards, the quality of every custom module, slow queries and server sizing, and how far the system has drifted from an upgradeable state.
Data and security review
Data hygiene — duplicate partners, dead records, unreconciled entries — alongside user access rights, stale accounts and backup coverage.
Findings and roadmap report
Every finding is written up with a severity and an effort estimate, sequenced into a roadmap. We walk you through it in a closing call, in Thai or English.

Problems that surface at upgrade time
Core edits and abandoned modules stay hidden until the day you try to move versions, when they become a rebuild quote. We find them now, while fixing them is still a scheduled task.

A free audit exists to justify the proposal stapled to it. Ours is a paid deliverable with its own price, so it has no quota of problems to find.
Slow decay nobody logs
Performance and data quality slip a little each month, so no single day ever feels worth escalating. A point-in-time review draws the line and shows how far things have already moved.

Questions teams ask about this service.
How long does a health check take?
A few working days of review for a typical single-company database, plus time to write the report properly. Larger or heavily customised systems take longer. You get the written report and a walkthrough call at the end, in Thai or English.
Do you need access to our production system?
Read-only access to a copy or staging environment covers most of the review. We change nothing: no settings, no data, no code. Anything we cannot check safely is listed in the report as untested rather than guessed at.
What happens if you find serious problems?
Every finding comes with a severity rating and an effort estimate, already sequenced into a roadmap. You can hire us for the fixes, hand the report to your own team, or take it to another partner. It is written to work in all three cases.
Does it cover both Community and Enterprise?
Yes, both editions, self-hosted or on Odoo.sh. Community systems usually carry more third-party modules, so the code review tends to be the larger share of the work there.
