One database behind every screen
Odoo's modules — Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Purchase, HR — are applications on a single shared database. A customer, a product or an order exists once, and every team works on the same record. There is no sync to schedule and no export to run, because there is nothing to bridge.
Confirm an order once, and it flows
When a quotation is confirmed in Odoo Sales, Inventory gets the delivery order and Accounting gets the draft invoice — automatically, with the document trail attached to the record. Receipts match against purchase orders and vendor bills inside the system instead of in someone's head. Month-end becomes review, not reconstruction.
Replace tools one at a time, not all at once
Odoo is modular: switch on the applications you need now and add the rest later. Most companies start where the re-typing hurts most — usually sales, inventory and invoicing — and retire the remaining tools in later phases. The Community edition licence is $0, so starting small does not mean buying a suite up front.
Connect what you genuinely have to keep
Some systems stay — a marketplace, a shipping carrier, your bank. Odoo ships standard connectors for major carriers and payment providers, imports bank statements, and has a documented API for the rest. Phased by tool, not big-bang
We sequence the switch so each phase retires one or two tools, starting where the manual work is heaviest. Every phase has a fixed written scope and price agreed before it starts.
The old tool runs until the numbers match
Whatever a phase replaces keeps running alongside Odoo until a full cycle — order to delivery to invoice, or a month-end close — agrees in both systems. Only then is the old tool switched off.
Data merged and signed off in batches
Customers, products and balances move in validated batches, with duplicates merged on the way in and a rollback point until you confirm each one. Training runs on your live records, with the same consultant from the first call, in Thai or English.

How long does it take to replace six tools?
Not in one project, and that is deliberate. The first phase — usually the two or three tools generating the most re-typing — is scoped in weeks and delivered in months, and the rest follow phase by phase at your pace. You get the full costed plan in writing before committing to any of it.
Do we keep using our current tools during the switch?
Yes — each tool keeps running until its Odoo replacement has matched it through a full cycle. We retire systems after they are proven redundant, not before, and nothing gets switched off on go-live day.
Our data disagrees across the six systems. Is that a blocker?
It is the expected starting point — six disconnected tools always disagree. Migration includes de-duplication and validation in batches, and you sign off each batch before it counts. Messy data is an input to the project, not a reason to delay it.
What does the cost look like compared to six subscriptions?
Two parts: licences and our work. The Odoo Community licence is $0; if your case needs Enterprise, Odoo bills you directly and we never mark it up. Our implementation work is a fixed price per phase, agreed in writing before the phase starts — a project fee per phase, not a seventh subscription.
