What consolidation means

One database doing the work of your subscription pile.

  • CRM, quotes and pipeline in the same system as your stock
  • Invoices posted from the same records your warehouse moves
  • Reports that need no export, sync or reconciliation
  • One login, one permission model, one audit trail

06 / 15 · Who you work with

The people who scope your project are the people who build it.

No handover from a sales team to a delivery team you've never met. The consultant in your first call stays on the project through go-live, so context never gets lost in translation.

08 / 15 · Complex projects

Multi-company, multi-currency, multi-warehouse.

The projects other partners decline are usually the ones worth doing well. Consolidated books across entities, inventory across sites, Thai and US tax rules in the same database — this is the work we're built for.

  • Multi-company accounting
  • Multi-warehouse inventory
  • Thai + US compliance together

09 / 15 · Industries

Built around how your sector actually operates.

Every industry has one process that breaks generic ERP. We start there.

10 / 15 · Beyond ERP

The technology work around your ERP.

Web and mobile development, AI solutions, cybersecurity, cloud and DevOps — delivered by the same team, so your systems are designed to talk to each other from day one.

How we work, in our own words.

If Odoo is the wrong system for your business, I will tell you on the first call. A badly matched project costs us more in reputation than it earns in fees.

Founder — on honest scoping
Fixed scope per phase, in writing, before we start. Scope creep is not a surprise — it is a contract that never named its boundaries.

Founder — on fixed-scope delivery
Go-live is the middle of the project, not the end. We stay through the first month-end close, because that is when the gaps show.

14 / 15 · FAQ

Questions teams ask before the first call.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?
A focused implementation covering sales, inventory and accounting typically runs six to twelve weeks. Multi-company or heavily customised builds run longer. We give you a phased timeline after scoping, not before — an estimate made without understanding your processes is worth nothing.
What does it cost?
Cost splits into licensing and implementation. Odoo Community is free; Enterprise is a per-user subscription. Implementation depends on module count, data migration volume and how much customisation you genuinely need. We itemise every line so you can see what you're paying for and remove anything you don't want.
Do we need Odoo Enterprise, or is Community enough?
Community covers a surprising amount. Enterprise earns its cost when you need studio customisation, full accounting automation, or official support. We'll tell you honestly which one fits — recommending the expensive option by reflex is how partners lose clients.
Can you work in Thai?
Yes. Our Thailand team delivers in Thai — training, documentation and ongoing support. Thai tax and e-Tax invoice requirements are handled as part of the configuration, not as an afterthought.
What happens after go-live?
Go-live is the middle of the project, not the end. Support covers bug fixes, new module rollouts, version upgrades and user training as your team changes. Most of our client relationships are measured in years.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes — from spreadsheets, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho or an older Odoo version. Data migration is where implementations usually go wrong, so we validate against your source system at every checkpoint rather than trusting a single bulk import.
