How we handle your data.

The contact form collects what you type into it: name, work email, company, phone, company size, the service you are interested in, and your message. Nothing on the form is collected silently.

When you buy one of our apps, we receive your name, email and order details from Stripe so we can deliver the module. Standard server logs record IP address and browser type for security.

Card payments run entirely on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card number never touches our servers and we never store it. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment step.

To answer your enquiry, deliver and support what you bought, and keep the site secure. We do not sell data, run advertising trackers, or send marketing you did not ask for.

Stripe processes payments; our hosting provider runs the servers. Our teams in Thailand, the USA and India may access enquiry data so someone in your time zone can reply. Nobody else receives it.

Enquiries are kept while the conversation stays relevant; order records are kept as tax law requires. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — reach us through the contact page, WhatsApp or LINE and we act on it.
