Odoo for Chiang Mai businesses, delivered in Thai and supported in your working hours.
Chiang Mai companies pick us because delivery is native Thai, support runs on Thai business hours, and the consultant who scopes the project is the same one who answers after go-live. Our Thai team is based in Bangkok, about an hour's flight away, and comes on-site for the phases where being in the room matters.
—— Why local matters
Delivery that fits how business works here.
Delivered in Thai, not translated into it
Workshops, training and documentation are written natively in Thai, so your team asks real questions instead of nodding politely. English runs alongside for foreign owners and managers, which Chiang Mai has plenty of.
Support on your clock
We work Asia/Bangkok hours, so a question sent at 9am gets an answer the same morning rather than joining an overnight queue elsewhere. Month-end close, when the questions pile up, happens in your working hours and ours.
Revenue Department requirements in scope from day one
e-Tax invoicing, withholding tax and PP.30 VAT filings are part of the written scope, not extras discovered near go-live. Your accountant reviews the setup before the first live invoice is issued.
We know the northern industry mix
Food and agri processors, furniture and handicraft exporters, hotels, and the manufacturers around the Northern Region Industrial Estate in Lamphun each lean on different modules. We scope to the business in front of us, not to a template.
—— Coverage

—— Compliance
Local rules, handled inside the system.
e-Tax Invoice & e-Receipt
We configure Odoo to issue e-tax invoices and e-receipts in the format the Revenue Department accepts, with the fields Thai trading partners expect. Document numbering and tax content are validated before go-live, not after your first filing.
Withholding tax (WHT)
Thai WHT is deducted at payment, and vendors expect the certificate on the spot. We set rates by expense type so Odoo produces the 50 Tawi certificate with each payment and the PND 3 and PND 53 figures at month-end.
Thai chart of accounts and VAT
We start from a Thai chart of accounts and map your existing account codes onto it, so your accountant is not relearning their own books. Input and output VAT are tracked separately so the PP.30 comes out of the system each month.
—— FAQ
Questions companies here ask us.
Do you work on-site in Chiang Mai?
Yes, for the phases where being in the room matters: discovery workshops, key training sessions and go-live week. Our Thai team is based in Bangkok, about an hour's flight away; between visits the work runs remotely, in Thai.
Which time zone does your support answer in?
Yours. Support runs on Thai business hours, staffed by the Thai team, in Thai or English. Nothing is routed to an overnight queue in another region.
Can you migrate us off our current system?
Yes. Common starting points here are Express accounting software, the spreadsheets holding everything else together, and older ERP systems. Data moves in validated batches with a rollback point at every checkpoint, so nothing is a one-way door.
Who actually staffs the project?
The consultant on your first call runs the project through go-live — there is no handoff to a delivery team you have never met. Each phase has a written scope agreed before it starts.
Let's find out whether Odoo actually fits your business.
A short call, an honest answer. If it isn't the right system for you, we'll say so.
